BASIC RETURN POLICIES

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS:
We can provide a credit card refund for DEFECTIVE items that are returned within 7 days of your receipt of the package. All returns MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE!
While packages leave our warehouse intact, they may occasionally be damaged in shipment. Boxes have been crushed and/or bottles broken “in transit.” If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us by email so that we can learn more about this and, if the situation warrants, provide a credit or resend you the damaged items. We certainly do not expect anyone to keep a product damaged in shipment. Please retain the original packaging so that we can see the damage. AS UPS ASSUMES THE RESPONSIBLITY OF ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, YOU MUST NOT OPEN THE BOX IN YOUR HOME TO VERIFY DAMAGE. PLEASE EITHER OPEN THE BOX IN FRONT OF YOUR UPS DELIVERY PERSON OR TAKE THE BOX TO YOUR UPS OFFICE TO OPEN THERE. IF THE BOX IS OPENED WITHOUT OFFICIAL UPS PERSONNEL TO REVIEW THE DAMAGE, UPS WILL NOT ACCEPT THE DAMAGE CLAIM!!
During the summer months and during otherwise warmer than normal seasonable temperatures, WE WILL NOT SHIP OUR WINES. To help prevent problems, we may ship with a cold pack. THESE WINES MUST BE SIGNED BY A CUSTOMER OVER 21 – please arrange to have someone at your house or office to receive this package promptly so that it does not sit on a UPS truck all day. We suggest that you order enough wine in the Spring so that you can avoid risky shipments during the hottest weather of Summer. We will be happy to discuss this with you on a case by case basis!
